Huddle board

A kiosk-style safety KPI wall for one site — days since last recordable, observations, stop-works, open actions, live permits, and high-energy events — with a read-only link for the breakroom TV.

The huddle board at /huddle is a big-numbers safety wall for one site — built for the daily pre-shift huddle and for running unattended on a breakroom TV. It shows aggregate counts only: no names, no narratives.

Open the board

  1. Sign in and go to Huddle board.
  2. Pick a site — the board is per-site, and the tiles fill in for that site.

What the board shows

  • Days since last recordable — from the site's recordable incidents; shows a dash if there's never been one, and turns amber inside 30 days.
  • Observations this weekobservations logged in the last 7 days.
  • Stop-work calls open — unresolved stop-work calls, framed as good catches, not failures.
  • Actions open — open CAPAs for the site, with the overdue count alongside.
  • Permits live right now — currently live permits to work.
  • High-energy events this year — incidents flagged high-energy, year to date.

Put it on the breakroom TV

  1. Open the board for the site while signed in. Below the board, a kiosk link appears.
  2. Copy the link and open it on the TV or kiosk device — no login needed there.
  3. The kiosk link is read-only and scoped to that one site's aggregate numbers, so it's safe for an unattended screen.

What happens automatically

  • The board refreshes itself every minute, signed-in or kiosk — leave it up all shift and the numbers stay current.
  • Every tile is computed live from the underlying modules; there's nothing to update by hand.

For the wall view of permits specifically, see the permit board; for what the incoming shift inherits, see shift handover.
