Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the SE Worldwide marketing website.
Last updated 6 July 2026.
Welcome to the SE Worldwide website. By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These terms apply to the marketing Site only. Use of the SE Worldwide product by a customer is governed by a separate written agreement between us and that customer, and those terms — not these — control the product.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at a scale that burdens it, or using it to send unsolicited communications. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and the SE Worldwide name and marks — are owned by SE Worldwide or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from its content for commercial purposes without our permission.
Information is not a contract or a guarantee
The Site describes our product and our plans, and we try to keep it accurate and honest. Even so, product capabilities, packaging, and roadmaps can change, and some statements describe features we are actively building or improving (for example, our SOC 2 Type II program is in progress). Descriptions on the Site are for general information, are not promises or warranties, and do not form a contract. The only commitments we make about the product are the ones in a signed customer agreement.
Not professional or legal advice
SE Worldwide is safety and compliance software. Content on this Site — including references to OSHA, MSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulations — is provided for general information and is not legal, safety, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for your own compliance obligations. Our filing features assist you in preparing and submitting records; no system, ours included, can file with a regulator on your behalf, and using our software does not guarantee any regulatory outcome.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites (such as regulator portals). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Following a link is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SE Worldwide will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SE Worldwide has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the courts located there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
