Why there are no competitor names on this page
Because a vendor’s description of a competitor is worth precisely nothing to you, and you already know it. Every comparison matrix ever published concluded that the company publishing it wins. So we are not going to characterise anyone else’s product — we do not run it, their answers change, and we would be marking our own homework.
What we can do is answer the hard questions ourselves, in writing, including the ones that cost us. If a vendor will not answer one of these as plainly as we have, that is the answer.

| Are you SOC 2 certified? | No. Not today. The controls are documented and the technical posture is strong, but we have not been audited. If certification is a hard gate, we fail it — now, rather than in month four. | Ask them |
| Do you have a live HRIS connector (Workday, SAP, ADP)? | No. Roster changes come in by CSV/XLSX import — a real import, with validation and named-site mapping. It is not a sync, and we will not call it one. | Ask them |

SAML 2.0 and SCIM are built to spec and covered by tests, but have never been run against a live Okta or Entra tenant.
