A seat is someone who signs in — not someone who works for you
Each tier includes a number of named users and a number of sites, scoped with you. What we never charge for is the frontline: a worker scanning the QR code on the wall to file a near-miss, texting a hazard in, or opening a report link doesn't need an account — so they never cost you a seat, whether you have forty of them or four thousand.
We're deliberate about this. Charge per head and you tax the one thing an EHS program actually depends on — people telling you what happened — and you hand your customer a reason to keep workers off the roster. You pay for your safety team. The people they protect are free.
The software is the easy part
Most EHS software fails at rollout, not at features. So we do the rollout with you — and where the product doesn't fit how you actually work, we change the product rather than ask you to change your process.

Do you help us migrate our data?
Yes. Import incidents, SDS, training, and rosters from Excel or CSV with column-mapping and a dry-run before anything commits, so you can see exactly what will land before it does. Switching cost is the real barrier to changing systems, so we made it painless.
