Reference lists

Managed pick-lists that keep values like job titles, departments, and IH agents consistent, not re-typed.

Reference lists are the managed pick-lists behind your forms. Instead of everyone re-typing job titles or department names, you curate one clean set of values so the data stays consistent.

Edit a list

  1. Open Reference lists.
  2. Choose a list from the dropdown — job titles, departments, areas/locations (per site), IH agents/contaminants, similar-exposure groups (SEG), manufacturers/suppliers, or sharps/device types.
  3. Areas/locations is the per-site list — when you pick it, also choose the site it applies to. The other lists apply tenant-wide.

Add and remove values

  • Type a value into the Add a value… box and choose Add (or press Enter).
  • Choose Remove next to any value to drop it from the list.

Where the lists show up

Forms across the app draw from these lists — for example the chemical/SDS form's manufacturer and storage-location fields, and the location fields on equipment registers draw from the per-site areas/locations list. Curating a list here changes the choices everywhere it's used.

Tip: you don't have to seed everything up front — values also accrue as people type them into forms, and you can tidy the list here later.

  • Custom forms — Custom fields draw on managed pick-list values
  • Industrial hygiene — IH agents are a key managed pick-list
  • Import data — Bulk-load list values from your spreadsheets
  • People — Roster is the master list pickers reference
  • Get set up — Setup wizard seeds your starter lists and content
