Welcome to your EHS platform

This guide explains every feature your organization has enabled. Each article covers what a feature is for and how to use it step by step — with a short video walkthrough where available.

Getting around

• The left-hand navigation is grouped by area (Incidents, Health & exposure, Equipment, and so on).
• Your dashboard rolls up the numbers that matter — recordables, open and overdue actions, and leading indicators — and each tile links straight to the underlying, pre-filtered list.
• My work shows everything assigned to you; My training shows your assigned courses, where completions are recorded automatically when you pass the quiz.

Using the guide

1. Open User guide and use the Search features… box to filter articles by title or summary.
2. Articles with a ▶ video badge include a walkthrough; use the Jump to chapter buttons under the video to skip straight to the step you need.
3. From any article, the Open … button takes you directly to the feature it describes.

Ask for help

Can't find it by browsing? Open Ask for help (/help) and ask in plain language — for example "How do I record a permit renewal?" or "Where do contractor COIs go?". Answers are composed from this user guide, and each reply links the guide pages it drew from so you can read further. You can also ask by voice: tap the microphone, speak your question, and it's transcribed and answered like a typed one.

Only what you have

The guide, like the app, is tailored to your subscription — you only see articles for the modules your organization has enabled. If a feature you need isn't listed, ask your administrator to enable it.

Getting set up

New to the platform? Start with Get set up (onboarding): a guided, industry-tailored setup that creates your sites, installs day-one starter content, and adds your team in one pass — your progress is saved if you leave and come back. Then bring your existing spreadsheets across under Import data (import): validation runs first and nothing is written until the rows pass, so you can fix problems before anything lands.
