My work

Your personal inbox — open corrective actions assigned to you plus your notifications, with email/SMS delivery settings that prefill from your identity and the roster.

My work is your personal inbox — the open corrective actions assigned to you and the notifications waiting for you, side by side, so nothing gets missed.

See what's on your plate

  1. Open My work. It defaults to you (your name from the signed-in identity), but you can type another name or a role queue — for example Safety Team — into Showing work for and choose Show to view someone else's (or a shared queue's) items.
  2. Assigned to me lists your open corrective actions — each shows its title, where it came from, and a due date, soonest first, with overdue items flagged in red.
  3. Notifications lists what needs reading — assignments plus the due-soon and overdue reminders that modules raise. Unread ones are bold, with an unread count on the card.

Clear your notifications

  • Choose mark read on any single notification, or Mark all read to clear every unread one in one go.

Set how you're notified

  1. In Notification settings, check the email address and choose a Deliver option — In-app only, Email me each one, or Daily email digest.
  2. To get texts for assignments and overdue items, add a mobile number and tick the SMS opt-in checkbox (standard message rates apply — a mobile number is required for it to work).
  3. Choose Save settings.

These settings are personal — they control how your own assignments reach you. Alerts addressed to a group (like the Safety Team) are handled separately by notification routing.

Distribution lists you're on

The Distribution lists you're on card shows which group queues email you — for example, if you've been added to the Safety Team list, you'll be emailed its escalations. It's read-only here: an admin manages the lists on Notification routing.

What happens automatically

  • Until you save a preference, your email address prefills from your signed-in identity — so turning on email is one click, not a form.
  • Your mobile number prefills from the workforce roster if your person record has one. The prefill only saves typing — no texts are sent until you tick the SMS opt-in and save.
  • Due-soon and overdue items from across the modules land here as notifications via the daily escalation sweep, so this page is the one place to start your day.

Tip: viewing a shared role queue (like Safety Team) with Showing work for is how a team works escalations together — each member can mark items read as they're handled. To have those Safety Team alerts emailed to the team, add people to its list under notification routing.
