OSHA 300/300A/301 recordkeeping plus end-to-end MSHA Part 50 — Forms 7000-1 and 7000-2 — the platform's differentiator.

This is where injury/illness recordkeeping becomes regulator-ready output — both the OSHA log and, uniquely, the full MSHA Part 50 set (Forms 7000-1 and 7000-2) that general EHS suites don't do end to end.

OSHA recordkeeping

  • The OSHA 300 log populates from recordable incidents; download it as a PDF.
  • Run the 300A summary per establishment and year (enter average employees and hours worked), download its PDF for the Feb–Apr posting, and Certify 300A to record the executive certification (1904.32(b)(4)).
  • Export ITA CSV produces the electronic submission for OSHA e-reporting.

MSHA Part 50 (the differentiator)

  • Form 7000-1 (accident/injury/illness report): each reportable event gets a filing record with the 10-working-day deadline tracked (30 CFR 50.20). Generate the form's PDF, open the MSHA eGov portal from the tracker, then Mark filed and save the E-Document Number MSHA returns.
  • Form 7000-2 (quarterly employment/production): enter the quarter's employment, hours, and production tons and download the PDF; the quarterly deadline (the 15th of the month after quarter end, 30 CFR 50.30) is tracked.
  • 50.10 immediate notifications: use Record call to log who phoned the MSHA hotline under the 15-minute rule; an unrecorded call shows as a dashboard metric until it's logged.

Filing-assist, not auto-file: MSHA has no programmatic submission channel, so the platform prepares a validated package and links you into the eGov portal, then records your confirmation.

What happens automatically

  • 7000-1 filing deadlines escalate as notifications 5 days ahead; the quarterly 7000-2 deadline escalates 30 days ahead — so nothing is filed late.
  • The annual OSHA 300A deadlines escalate too: from early January the Safety Team is reminded, per establishment, to have a company executive certify the prior year's 300A and post it Feb 1–Apr 30 (1904.32), and — for covered establishments — electronically submit it to OSHA's ITA by March 2 (1904.41). The reminder flips to overdue after Feb 1 and clears for a site once you Certify 300A for that year. Mine sites are excluded (they file MSHA Part 50, not a 300A).

Submission packets

On the submissions page, Prepare a packet, Sign it, then Mark filed with the E-Document Number. The export payload is hashed (SHA-256) so the signature binds to exact content, giving you a tamper-evident, auditor-facing record of what was filed and by whom.
