Management review

A KPI summary of leading and lagging indicators for the periodic management review, with a peer benchmark.

Management review is the KPI summary you bring to your periodic leadership review (in the spirit of ISO 45001 §9.3). It rolls up leading and lagging indicators across every EHS program for the tenant.

Read the summary

  1. Open Management review. The header shows the reporting year, an overall status, and the count of open and overdue actions.
  2. Leading indicators (proactive measures) and lagging indicators (outcomes) each list their name, value, and a status badge so you can see at a glance what's on track.

Benchmark against peers

  1. In MSHA peer-cohort benchmark, choose a cohort from the Compare against dropdown.
  2. The panel shows your rate, the peer rate, and how you stand versus peers.
  3. If no hours worked are recorded for the period, a comparable rate can't be computed — enter hours worked on your sites so the benchmark can calculate.

Record your EMR

The Experience Modification Rate (EMR) card shows your workers'-comp premium multiplier against the 1.00 industry baseline — a favorable (below 1.00), average, or unfavorable (above 1.00) reading with a plain-language premium narrative. The EMR is computed by NCCI or your state bureau (there's no public feed), so enter it from your worksheet: type the value, its effective year, and the source, then click Record EMR. The most recent year's figure drives the card, and a below-baseline EMR is a strong exec/bid-qualification talking point.

Dig into the numbers

The page embeds the analytics chat, so you can ask follow-up questions about the figures without leaving the review.

Tip: the KPI summary and benchmark are read-only — they reflect the data already captured across your modules, so keep records current and the review builds itself. The EMR is the one figure you enter here directly. The underlying regulator outputs live in recordkeeping.
