Compliance calendar

The single answer to "what expires or falls due, across everything?" — one dated list, drawn live from every module that carries a compliance date. Every row links back to the record it came from.

What's on it

• Permits and obligations — environmental permit obligations, regulatory permit expiries, and end dates of approved or active permits to work.
• People and qualifications — contractor documents and credentials, worker credentials, training expiries, medical surveillance due dates, and respirator fit-test and medical-clearance expiries.
• Reviews and long-cycle dates — CAPA effectiveness reviews, LOTO annual periodic inspections (1910.147(c)(6)), controlled-document reviews, RCA target-completion dates, return-to-work case reviews, open safety-committee action items, and annual JHA reviews.

Short-cadence equipment checks (daily/weekly/monthly) are deliberately left off so they don't flood the list — their overdue state escalates through notifications instead.

Use it

1. Open Compliance calendar and pick a horizon: overdue only, the next 30/60/90 days, or everything. Recently passed dates (last 30 days) stay visible so nothing silently drops off.
2. Narrow by category if you only care about one kind of deadline.
3. Rows turn amber inside two weeks and red once overdue; click the title to open the record.

Subscribe from your own calendar

The same data feeds an .ics calendar subscription — set it up from the Reports page, which issues you a personal subscription link that Outlook or Google Calendar can poll without logging in. Events carry reminders (30 days ahead by default). The page and the feed read the same collector, so they can never disagree.

You don't have to watch this page

Deadlines also escalate through notifications with lead times that fit the category — 3 days for permits to work, 30 days for most credential, training and contractor expiries, 60 days for medical clearances and regulatory permits (which also get a renewal window, 180 days by default).
