Does it really work offline in the field?
Yes. Field capture — incidents, observations, inspections, and MSHA workplace exams — saves on the device and syncs when a connection returns. Mines and remote sites with no signal were the design target, not an afterthought.
Do you file MSHA forms for us?
We do everything up to the submit button: assemble and validate the 7000-1 and 7000-2 packages, track the deadlines, and deep-link you into the MSHA portal, then capture your E-Document Number. No third-party system can legally auto-file on an operator's behalf — so we do filing-assist, done properly, and we're honest about the line.
How does the AI assistant work — can I trust it?
It suggests, a human decides. The assistant drafts incident classifications and corrective actions and flags likely recordability, but a person signs off — recordability has judgment-laden criteria that legally require a human call. Every suggestion and the human decision are logged.
Can we bring our existing data?
Yes. Import incidents, SDS, training, and rosters from Excel or CSV with column-mapping and a dry-run before anything commits. Switching cost is the real barrier to changing systems, so we made it painless.
Can you tailor it to our requirements?

Is it only for mining?
No. Mining is where we go deepest, but the platform runs on a full OSHA 1910/1926 base and serves manufacturing, construction, logistics, and health care — each with tailored modules and starter content.
How is it hosted and secured?
Azure, US regions, with OIDC single sign-on, full RBAC, multi-tenant isolation (a separate database per customer), and a tamper-evident signed audit log. SAML 2.0 and SCIM 2.0 are built to spec but have not yet been run against a live identity provider — you would be our first, and we would prove it in your sandbox before you signed anything.
